How do I compile a quote request?
When you are browsing the lists of plants in the online catalog, you can click "add to quote request". Or you can view the information for a specific plant and go to the bottom of the page and add the plant to your quote request.

Once you have added plants to your quote request, you can change the quantities, delete plants or submit the request by clicking on "view quote request". This appears at the top of the page in the green horizontal bar and in the left column.

Can I save a quote request without sending it?
This feature is coming soon.

How can I send my quote request?
We recommend that you send your quote request by clicking "View Quote Request". Review your items one last time and, when you are ready, click the "send quote request" button. You will then be taken to another page where you will be prompted to provide the shipping, billing and other project information. You can also click "Send Quote Request" from anywhere on the site to access this page. Once you submit this page, your quote request will be sent to Song Sparrow.

Can I view previously submitted quote requests?
Yes, go to "My Account" and then "View Past and Saved Quote Requests". Any quote requests that you have submitted in the past will be listed there.

Can I track the status of my quote requests?
Yes, go to "My Account" and then "View Past and Saved Quote Requests". The status of your quote request will be listed there.

Can I print my quote request with photos?
Yes, go to "My Account" and then "View Past and Saved Quote Requests". Click on the quote request. At the top of the white, click on the link "print this quote request". You can then print this page.

Can I make changes to a previously submitted quote request and resubmit it?
Not yet, but this feature is coming soon.

Can I print a list of the wholesale plants without the site navigation?
Yes, click on "print catalog" in the left column.

How do I change my email address or update my address information?
Click on "My Account" and then "Change Password and Address". Once you submit your change, you should receive an email alerting you of the update. Remember, your email address is used for your login, so don't forget which one you have registered.
